Shipping Policy

Order Confirmation

At Elite Fountain Supply, once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email indicating that we have received your order and pre-authorized your credit card. Afterward, we immediately contact our suppliers to confirm product availability. If the item is on backorder or unavailable, we will cancel the pre-authorization and notify you via email. If the item is available for immediate shipment, we will process your payment and submit your order for fulfillment.

Order Shipment

You will receive tracking information within 24 hours of the order leaving the warehouse, sent to the email address you provided at checkout. If you do not receive tracking information within six business days, please contact us at support@elitefountainsupply.com.

Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship outside the 48 States in the Contiguous United States. We also do NOT ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Address Changes

If your order has been processed or shipped and you need to change the delivery address, we will make every effort to accommodate your request. Please note that address changes may result in delays, and any additional fees incurred from freight carriers due to the change will be the customer’s responsibility. No exceptions.

Shipping & Delivery Times

All shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We work closely with our vendors to expedite shipments. However, if an order is canceled due to a delay in estimated delivery time, the customer is responsible for all shipping charges, fees, warehouse storage costs, and any related expenses. Filing a chargeback due to shipping delays will be considered theft and will be pursued accordingly. No exceptions.

Standard general shipping times are from 5-15 days depending on location. Estimated shipping times are based on information provided by suppliers and freight companies and are subject to change without notice due to factors such as supply chain disruptions, delays in raw material production, and increased shipping demands. We appreciate your patience and understanding during these times.

Estimated 8-11 Weeks (40-55 Business Days): Giannini's Garden Ornaments

Note: Shipping times may vary per product. Refer to the product listings for specific shipping times.

If your order includes both in-stock and custom items, the order will ship once all items are ready. Custom or made-to-order fountains may have longer lead times. Please contact us at support@elitefountainsupply.com to confirm current estimates before placing your order.

Shipping Options

Elite Fountain Supply currently offers only curbside delivery. Items will be delivered to the curb outside your home or business. 

Please note:

  • Assembly, setup, and packaging removal are not included.

  • Moving the item beyond curbside is the customer’s responsibility 

  • For large or heavy items, additional arrangements such as forklift assistance must be made by the customer prior to delivery.

  • For remote or hard-to-reach areas, additional delivery fees may apply. We will contact you before processing your order if this applies.

Freight Delivery for Large or Heavy Items

Items over 150 lbs ship via independent freight carriers (LTL freight) with curbside delivery service.

  • If you require any special delivery services (lift-gates, special trucks, forklift assistance), please notify us at the time of ordering. Additional charges may apply, and we will contact you before shipping if fees are necessary.

  • The freight carrier will contact you 1-2 days before delivery to schedule a delivery window. You must be present to accept and sign for delivery. Missed deliveries may result in redelivery or storage fees, which are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Refusing delivery is not allowed except in the case of visible damage noted at delivery. Refusal of delivery will result in the customer being responsible for all shipping and redelivery costs.

  • Shipments over 1,000 lbs require a forklift on-site at the time of delivery. Please arrange for forklift service through a local contractor or equipment rental company before delivery.

  • Drivers deliver items curbside only and are not required to assist with moving items onto your property or inside your home. 

Freight Delivery Inspection & Damage Reporting

It is critical that you carefully inspect your shipment upon delivery:

  • Visually check all packaging and items for damage before signing the delivery receipt (Bill of Lading).

  • Note any visible damage or missing items on the delivery receipt and take clear photos.

  • If damage is suspected but not visible, mark the delivery receipt as “Possible Concealed Damage” and open all packages immediately to inspect contents.

  • Report any damage within 24 hours by emailing support@elitefountainsupply.com with photos and details. Failure to report within this timeframe may result in denial of claims.

  • Do not dispose of packaging or move damaged items until inspection is completed by the freight carrier.

  • If the carrier performs an inspection, review the inspection report carefully before signing. Contact us immediately if you disagree with the findings.

Sales Tax

Sales tax is charged only where required by law, primarily on shipments to California. If applicable, you will be notified during order processing.
